Pollinator – Gaian SPLATCH

Malty sweet with notes of biscuit, dried fruits and blond sugar with a clean, off-dry finish. Brewed in collaboration with the Ambler Environmental Advisory Council for Ambler Earth Fest 2022. The style is at the intersection of Festbier, and Hellesbock, and is a nod to Germany's seasonal Maibock which is popular in Bavaria during the Spring.
